Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
1Introduction
At Vision Electronics ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our products, or interact with our services. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

5Data Security
We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure servers, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to individuals. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also inform you without undue delay.
6Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies.
7Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We respond to requests without undue delay and in any case within one month. For complex or numerous requests we may extend this by up to two further months, and we will tell you within the first month and explain why. See our GDPR page for how to make a request.
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent); withdrawing is as easy as giving consent
- Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that has legal or similarly significant effects, and ask for human review
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
8International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer your information internationally, we take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. For transfers from the EEA and UK, we rely on adequacy decisions where they apply, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (upheld by the EU General Court on 3 September 2025; an appeal, Case C-703/25 P, is pending) and the European Commission’s UK adequacy decisions renewed on 19 December 2025 until 27 December 2031. Where no adequacy decision applies, or if one is withdrawn or invalidated, we use Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.
9Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
10Legal Developments
We update this policy when data protection law changes. Regulation (EU) 2025/2518, which sets uniform procedural rules for handling cross-border GDPR complaints, applies to cases opened after 2 April 2027. The European Commission’s Digital Omnibus proposal of 19 November 2025, which would amend parts of the GDPR, is still in the legislative process and is not yet law. Following the Court of Justice judgment of 4 September 2025 (EDPS v SRB, C-413/23 P), we treat pseudonymised data as personal data in our own hands and still tell you which recipients receive your data.
