About This Role

Vision Electronics is hiring an Operations Manager in Dubai to oversee daily operations and coordinate work across sales, purchasing, inventory, and delivery. The role requires close follow-up on orders, stock, and supplier commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan daily activities and assign priorities to the operations team.
  • Coordinate purchasing, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
  • Follow up with suppliers and logistics partners on delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Resolve operational delays and keep affected teams informed.
  • Review operating costs, prepare progress reports, and improve procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure agreed processes are followed.

Requirements

  • Experience managing operations, logistics, or supply chain activities.
  • Experience supervising a team and coordinating work across departments.
  • Good understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and order fulfilment.
  • Ability to work with ERP or inventory systems and Excel.
  • Strong planning, supplier coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to track costs, report results, and follow through on deadlines.
  • Experience in electronics distribution or a related trading business is an advantage.
